With over eight years of experience in the port logistics industry, I am a seasoned crane operator at MPET Antwerp, Europe's largest container terminal. I have mastered the efficient loading and unloading of some of the world's largest container ships, utilizing advanced single and dual hoist cranes for optimal cargo handling. I have also demonstrated my technical and mechanical expertise in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues, contributing to the seamless operation of port logistics.

Beyond my professional role, I am a passionate innovator and creator. I have designed and built two CNC milling machines from scratch, handling everything from CAD designs and laser cutting to assembling mechanical and electrical components. I have also led the development a motorcycle navigation project, which included a website and an app that integrated the entire process of route planning and navigation. Additionally, I have acquired skills in data analytics and machine learning.     Accomplishments

    • Created a simulation of a ship to shore crane in Unity to explore different automation innovations.
    • Developed an Android GPS application aimed at motorcyclists accompanied by a route builder website. Improving on much of the shortcomings of traditional motorcycle GPS units.
    • Built a custom CNC router with an accuracy of 0.02mm. Everything was designed, build and setup by myself.
